The kitchen is modern and equipped with large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher; plus it is well supplied for those who are keen cooks. From the kitchen, there is the laundry/drying room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and another sink. It gives ample storage room for beach, surf, walking and other outdoor gear.

From the kitchen is a small secluded courtyard with bistro table and chairs and plants. There is a washing line and a hose for those keen to wash down their wet suits/bikes. The flight of granite steps which lead to the rear grassy lane, are quite steep but there is a hand rail and a custom made safety gate is in place in interests of younger visitors
